Long Acres Touring Park

Long Acres Touring Park is an adults-only, five-star touring park set in the flat fens north-east of Boston, Lincolnshire, and it has the awards to back up the quiet it promises. You will find it on Station Road at Old Leake, about 7 miles from Boston and within a drive of Skegness, the Wash nature reserves and the WWII airfields of Bomber County. The park takes caravans, motorhomes, tents and trailer tents on 40 level hardstanding pitches, all with electric hook-up, but it is strictly over-18s, so it is not a spot for a family holiday. Dogs, on the other hand, stay free. The facilities are a clear cut above the basics: a modern heated block with free hot showers, an assisted wet room, an indoor washing-up area, laundry, free wifi and EV charge points. Long Acres has collected a Visit England Rose Award and an AA five-star grade, and it belongs to the Tranquil Parks and Best of British groups, which tells you the tone is calm and well-kept rather than lively. The season runs from 1 March to 6 December, and pitches start from £26 a night for two adults including awning, car, electric and dogs, booked through the park's own online system.
