Lumburn Court Certificated Location

Lumburn Court sits in level, well-spaced Devonshire countryside close to Tavistock, a five-van Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location run by owners Ann and Dave. Unusually for a small Club site it has its own toilet and shower room, so you are not reliant on facilities on board, and a pleasant seating area overlooks a small stream running through the adjoining field. Caravans and motorhomes are welcome on hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups; this is a members-only location and tents are not taken. Tavistock, a handsome former stannary town on the western edge of Dartmoor, is a short trip away and there is a canal towpath walk leading into town. The surrounding lanes give drivers some scenic routes with far-reaching views, and Dartmoor National Park is close for walking and moorland exploring. There is no electric-vehicle charging on site, with the nearest point at the Tavistock Tesco. Lumburn Court stays open all year and suits touring couples wanting a quiet, tidy base near Tavistock in Devon. Members book through the Club.
