Walkers, cyclists, families and dogs are all welcome and greeted by friendly and helpful staff to the caravan park. A perfect location for touring or relaxing with a fantastic new children's play park opened in 2018 and its own 9-hole golf course to challenge golfers of all abilities and a separate dog exercise field. The Market Rasen Racecourse Camping & Touring Site is set on the edge of the distinctive landscape of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The site is adjacent to the racecourse which is an exciting buzz of activity on a race day and peaceful and relaxing in between races.Being so close to the Lindsey Trail touring by bike or walking is simple with access off Legsby Road. The Park itself offers a 9-hole golf course to match all abilities and, of course the racecourse. *Our Reception, stocked with local tourist information & maps, is open daily. * Walkers and cyclists have an abundance of sites & trails directly from the Park- the Viking Way is just 2 miles from the site and will inspire with its beautiful natural landscapes. * Dogs walkers are spoilt by a large dog friendly field and woodland walks. There are also a number of dog friendly pubs in the town. * Our Park offers many flat pitches but some are on a slight slope.Levellers are recommended but we do have a few to lend out and we are happy to help. * Our Amenity Block set within the original part of the Racecourse facility is warm and regularly cleaned. ** The facilities unfortunately are not yet suitable for wheelchair users. Excellent TV reception on site. No membership required. Within a 15-20 min walk to the town or book the local buss service, CALL CONNECT BUS, TO pick you up at our entrance. There is access to bus & train links to Lincoln and surrounding areas. There is a TESCO Superstore, local high street shops & many pet friendly pubs. There is also a market a couple of times a week, selling local fruit and veg etc Play as many rounds on the 9 hole golf course as you wish. Only £5 per person weekdays and £6 per person weekends.
