Marshford Camping Certificated Site

This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. This is a club member only site - you can usually join on site Pitches: 5 motor homes or caravans plus tents Opening Dates: Easter Or April To October We are a small and friendly site is set on our nursery in beautiful North Devon We are in a very sheltered spot but less than a mile from the sea We are close to the twin estuary of the Taw and Torridge rivers We have electric hooks ups (please book in advance), CDP, 1 Hardstanding, Toilet & Shower block We are a Camping and Caravan Club Certificated Site and accept Motorhomes, Touring Caravans, Campervans and Tents from members only We welcome children and dogs (dogs must be on a 2m lead max) We have an award winning shop on site with our own grown veggies, bread, local meat, eggs and dairy plus a full range of provisions There is a very good bus service just outside if it suits not to drive Appledore is 15/20 minutes walk for a quiet evening out Westward Ho! and Bideford have a wider selection of restaurants The long sandy beach at Westward Ho! is ideal for all sorts of outdoor pursuits If the weather is unsuitable, Torridge Swimming Pool is less than half a mile away this also has a fitness centre The local park behind JH Taylor Drive (see map) has ample playground facilities for young children
