Mckies Certificated Location

With space for just five units on a working family farm outside Beeford, Mckies Certificated Location is an adults-only, members-only caravan and motorhome site near Driffield in East Yorkshire. This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, so you need to be a club member to book, and it takes caravans, motorhomes and small campervans rather than tents. The five pitches come with electric hook-up, and the farm setting gives open views over the surrounding East Yorkshire countryside. Facilities are deliberately simple: a clean little toilet block with Elsan, water and waste disposal, though there is no shower, so it suits self-contained tourers best. Being small and adults only, Mckies is a peaceful, no-frills base rather than a busy holiday park. Dogs are welcome, and there is fishing on hand for anglers. The Yorkshire coast is roughly four miles away, with the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds about ten miles off, so you are well placed for both the seaside and the hills. The location is open from 1 March to 31 October, and pitches are booked directly as a certificated location for Caravan and Motorhome Club members.
