Middlehills Farm Campsite

Pitches: 10 Opening Dates: 10/4 To 27/9 Middlehills Farm is a well established family run campsite, set in over 40 acres of beautiful Peak District National Park, close to the towns of Bakewell Matlock, Ashbourne, and Buxton. We accept tourers, and tents,and electric hook ups are available. We also have a caravan to hire which sleeps 4 and an Eco Pod that also sleeps 4. We accept families and couples,and well behaved dogs are also welcome as long as they are kept on a lead. Please note, we do not take young groups on this site, although we welcome family groups. Our caravan and campsite is well placed for you to visit many nearby attractions. We are blessed with outstanding views accross the Peak District, with local visitor attractions within easy reach. There are good walks in the area, including the High Peak Trail, where you can also hire bikes, which is 2 miles from our site. We have an excellent play area, that children of all ages can have fun on, as well as our lovely pigs, and ponies, and chickens. We are a site that people return to again and again drawn by our relaxed family friendly atmosphere. We allow fires ONLY if you bring your own firepit/firebasket, or we hire them from the shop for £4 per night and ask that they are raised off the ground so they don't burn the grass. We have a small shop on site selling basic's and camping equipment, all our fresh produce is from the local farm shop in Bakewell. RATES FOR 2019 Adult £8.50 per person per night Children (aged 4-16) £4.50 per night Electric hook ups £4.50 per night Gazeebo £2 per night (This is to bring your own not hire one from site ) Dogs are free as long as they are kept on a lead Electric and non electric pitches are payable in full when booking. Please note we do not give out refunds. Please also find us on facebook Please note that showers are payable, and are 20p a minute, or £1 for 5 minutes. Check in is from 10am to 8pm for non electric pitches departure is 11am. Electric pitches check in is from 12 noon and departure is 11 am. Caravan and pod, check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am prompt.
