About this site

New Park Farm Anglia Caravans is an all year touring site in the village of West Row, a couple of miles from Mildenhall in west Suffolk, and the caravan dealership in the name is no mistake: the pitches and the accessory shop share the same farm. Pitches sit on a mown field looking out over arable land and the village allotments, each with mains electricity and its own water tap, backed by showers, toilets, baby changing, a laundry room, a washing up sink and a chemical disposal point. The River Lark runs behind the farm, a couple of minutes from the pitches, with fishing (permit needed), paddleboarding and kayaking on the water, and a riverside walk of about 15 minutes to the village pub, which serves food. A separate wild camping area sits nearer the river with no hook-ups, where you bring your own facilities, and it takes groups. RAF Lakenheath is 15 minutes away for plane spotters, Newmarket about 20, and Ely, Thetford Forest and Bury St Edmunds are all an easy run across this corner of Suffolk. New Park Farm stays open all year, long term pitches are available, and pitches are booked through the hotline on 07733 104490.

Good to know

Is New Park Farm Anglia Caravans actually a campsite?
Yes, it is a genuine touring site at New Park Farm, Church Lane, West Row. The same business runs a caravan and camping accessory shop from the same farm, which is why the web address looks like a dealership. The pitches and the shop sit side by side.
Is New Park Farm open all year?
Yes, the site is open all year round rather than seasonally, and long term pitches are available. Booking is handled by phone or text on 07733 104490 rather than through an online calendar, so contact the site directly to check space and current prices.
Does every pitch have electric hook-up at New Park Farm?
Yes, pitches on the main field have mains electricity and their own water tap. Showers, toilets, baby changing, a washing up sink, a laundry room and a chemical disposal point are all on site. The separate wild camping area near the river has no hook-ups.
Can I camp by the river at New Park Farm?
Yes, there is a wild camping area closer to the River Lark with no electric hook-up, where you bring your own facilities. It suits groups, and the owners flag it for dog agility groups bringing several dogs. The main pitches sit a couple of minutes from the river.
What is there to do near New Park Farm?
The River Lark offers fishing with the correct permit, plus paddleboarding and kayaking, and a riverside walk of about 15 minutes reaches the village pub, which serves food. RAF Lakenheath is 15 minutes away for plane spotting and Newmarket racing is about 20.
How far is New Park Farm from Mildenhall and Ely?
Mildenhall is a couple of miles away and Newmarket around 20 minutes by road. Ely sits roughly nine miles off and Bury St Edmunds about 13. The farm is a few miles from the A11 between Newmarket and Barton Mills, in the west of Suffolk.
