Why campers love it here
About this site
Noteworthy Caravan and Campsite is a family run park on a working farm on the Bude Road near Holsworthy, in North Devon close to the Cornwall border. Run by the Snook-Bevis family since 2003, it is an open all year site with quiet rural views, sitting about ten minutes from the beaches at Bude and five minutes from Holsworthy town, which has a Waitrose, an M&S and the usual shops. Pitches include grass with no electric, grass with 16 amp electric hook up and hardstanding pitches with electric, taking tents, caravans and motorhomes, and there are four six berth static caravans for hire if you would rather not bring your own. Families and dog owners are well looked after here, with up to three dogs allowed per pitch, a grass walking path around the field and even an on site dog grooming parlour, so it is a poor fit only if you want an adults only bolthole. Facilities run to a free hot shower block, an undercover washing up area, ice pack freezing and a laundrette. Being open all year, it works for off season touring as well as summer holidays, and booking ahead is advised. Contact Noteworthy directly to check pitch availability and current prices.
