Cornish Meadows Holiday Park

Cornish Meadows Holiday Park is a 16 acre holiday park in mature woodland at Gwinear near Hayle in west Cornwall, formerly known as Parbola Holiday Park and now run by Lovat Parks. Be clear before you pack the tent: the touring and camping pitches have gone, and the park now offers holiday homes, lodges, glamping pods and safari tents only. Cornish Meadows sits about 3 miles from Hayle, a 5 minute drive from the dunes and rock pools at Gwithian Towans and 20 minutes by car from St Ives, with St Michael's Mount, Land's End and the Eden Project all within an hour. Accommodation runs from two and three bedroom holiday homes in Standard, Superior and Luxury grades to Exclusive lodges with hot tubs, split level glamping pods sleeping up to six, and safari tents with a wood burner and outdoor hot tub. It suits families and couples after a serviced base in west Cornwall; campers and tourers need to head elsewhere. The heated outdoor pool (seasonal opening times) and Alice in Wonderland themed mini golf stand out, alongside a park shop, children's play area, board game library and dog washing stations. Dogs stay in selected pet friendly units, two per booking at most, with a doggy welcome pack included. Prices are quoted through the Lovat Parks booking system, with a £50 deposit if you book more than eight weeks ahead.
