Parknoweth Farm Camping

Parknoweth Farm Camping is a pop-up campsite on a small working farm at Botallack near St Just in west Cornwall, open for roughly 60 days each summer with sea views over the ruined engine houses of the tin mining coast. The South West Coast Path passes the farm, the Botallack mine workings that featured in the BBC's Poldark are close by on the UNESCO World Heritage coastline, St Just is 1 mile away, Sennen Cove's surf beach is a 10 minute drive, and Land's End and the Minack Theatre are both within 20 minutes. Grass pitches measure 8m by 8m with a 3m parking space and come in three grades (economy, standard and sea view), taking tents, campervans and vans, with vehicles over 6m asked to phone ahead; there are no electric hook-ups, so campers who need mains power should pitch elsewhere, though a charging room handles phones and power banks. A single 5m glamping bell tent sleeps four in its own garden. Campfires are allowed at Parknoweth and firewood is sold on site, dogs are welcome on leads around the resident goats, sheep and cats, and the toilet block and warm showers were built new in 2024. The site opens for July and August, with 2026 prices from £8 per adult a night and booking through its online system.
