Why campers love it here
About this site
Pipers Height Caravan Park is an 82 pitch touring park for caravans and motorhomes on Peel Road, Blackpool, run by the same family for more than 40 years and best known for its award winning amenities block with underfloor heating. The park sits on the Fylde Coast between Blackpool and Lytham St Annes, about three miles from Blackpool Pleasure Beach and roughly three from the seafront at St Annes, with junction 4 of the M55 around a mile away and the Stagecoach 61 bus into Blackpool stopping by the garage at the end of the road. Every touring pitch is hardstanding and fully serviced with grey waste, electric hook up and drinking water, and awnings are included in the price, though you will need rock pegs. This is caravans and motorhomes only: no tents, no tent boxes, no folding campers and no sleeping in awnings, so anyone under canvas needs to look elsewhere around Blackpool. Beyond the facility list there are two play parks, one with a zip wire, a dog wash, a licensed shop, a seasonal outside bar called The Drunken Stag and more than 200 privately owned holiday homes for company. The touring season runs from 1 March to 14 November, electricity is metered from 2026, and nightly prices are quoted through Pipers Height's own booking system.
