About this site

Presingoll Farm is a family run caravan and camping site on a working farm just outside St Agnes in Cornwall, with views over the north Cornish coast from 5 acres of level fields. St Agnes village is a mile away with shops, pubs and a parish museum, the sandy beaches at Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth are about 1.5 miles off, and the South West Coast Path and St Agnes Beacon are both within walking reach on this stretch of the Cornwall coast. Two camping fields take tents, caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents with electric hook-ups available; there is no glamping and no statics, and commercial vehicles and large groups are turned away, so the fields stay calm (genuine holidaymakers only is the house rule). The facilities earn the site its 4.9 Tripadvisor rating: free hot showers, a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, freezers, a microwave and a small shop selling milk, eggs and daily newspapers, all kept spotless by owner Pam Williams. Dogs are welcome on leads and get their own exercise field, children get a play area, and barbecues are fine raised off the ground (bricks are lent from reception). Booking at Presingoll Farm is by phone on 01872 552333 with a deposit, and current prices are confirmed directly with the farm.

Good to know

Are dogs allowed at Presingoll Farm?
Yes, dogs are very welcome at Presingoll Farm. They must stay on a lead and under control across the site, and they are not allowed inside the buildings or the children's play area. The farm sets aside a separate exercise field for dogs, with a dedicated bin for dog waste.
Can I have a campfire or barbecue at Presingoll Farm?
No, open campfires are not part of the site rules, but barbecues are allowed. Every barbecue must be kept off the ground to protect the grass, and bricks are available from outside reception to raise yours up; the farm just asks that you return them after use.
Does Presingoll Farm have electric hook-ups?
Yes, electric hook-up points are available on site. You request an electrical service point when you book your pitch, so mention it when you phone the farm on 01872 552333. The facilities block also has freezers, a microwave and free points for shavers and hair dryers.
What types of pitch does Presingoll Farm offer?
Presingoll Farm offers grass pitches for tents, caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents across two level camping fields covering 5 acres. There is no glamping and there are no static caravans for hire. The site does not accept commercial vehicles or large groups, keeping things quiet for genuine holidaymakers.
How far is the beach from Presingoll Farm?
The nearest beaches, Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth, are about 1.5 miles from Presingoll Farm. Both are sandy and sit below the cliffs of the South West Coast Path. The bigger surfing beaches at Porthtowan and Newquay are a short drive from the site.
How do I book a pitch at Presingoll Farm and what does it cost?
You book by phoning the farm on 01872 552333 to check availability, then confirming with a booking form and deposit. The site does not publish a current price list online, so prices are confirmed directly with owner Pam Williams when you call to book your pitch.
