We have been called "quirky" and an "oasis" both true. We do not suit all tastes but if you want a small honest Campsite with our Bar "The Best Tin Shed in Shelford" on hand, give us a call. We are very rural with lots of trees, weeds, lots of birds, bats and butterflies. Campers enjoy the wildlife and the peace and quiet that is still only 8 miles from Nottingham. Small children and teenagers tend to enjoy the park but children who need lots of space to run around can find us too small as they only have their own pitch to play on and we do ask that children are supervised at all times. We have 7 hard standings and 16 hook ups. A small basic but very clean shower block with free hot showers. Free WiFi is now available - don't get too excited it is Shelford after all but good enough for e-mails and social media. All prices are per night, for any unit, tent, caravan or motor caravan, plus one car and two people. * No commercial vehicles please. In June, July and August we only take advance bookings for 2 nights (3 for Bank Holidays ) at weekends. Last minute bookings for 1 night can be made the day before. Tent footprint will be required prior to booking. Maximum tent width is 3 meters, length does not matter. Larger tents will require 2 pitches.
