St Martins Campsite

Pitches: 50 Opening Dates: April To 30th September We have an ideal setting for a campsite - situated snugly below the dunes of the white, sandy Middle Town beach and in front of the slopes of the hill that is the spine of the island. We are very proud to be the only campsite on Scilly to be awarded four stars by the tourist assessors Visit England. The campsite is divided into small fields sheltered by high hedges which give good protection from the occasional Atlantic strong winds. We should point out that we do allow dogs to stay on the campsite with a maximum of four on site at any one time. But we do not allow any dogs during the school holidays, as we have so many families staying. We have a modern facility block which is cleaned twice a day and we pride ourselves on it's cleanliness, it contains 4 coin-operated showers, 8 hot and cold water wash basins, 8 toilets, 2 coin-operated hair dryers and a baby changing station. There are also two external sinks for washing pots and pans. We have extensive notice boards with good island maps and giving details of local attractions.
