We are an independent family run site, which is hidden behind our traditional country pub. We are a peaceful site welcoming small bookings of tents, motor homes and caravans. What could be better than our ideal location for walking, biking and sightseeing around the local area, followed by a pint of real ale and a quality home cooked meal in the bar at the end of the day? We are a family friendly site and pub, and the village boasts a well kept playground and sports field. Our site backs onto beautiful walking territory, only a few minutes stroll and you come across an incredible view over the forest and moors of Newton dale and Levisham, with Skelton tower visible in the distance and the steam railway running along the bottom of the valley. Dogs stay for free on our site and theres plenty of walking for them! *We have pitches both with and without electric hook-up *Private shower block available 24 hours - 2 large wet rooms with free hot showers suitable for parent and child - Heated towel rails for when it's a bit chilly! - Indoor hot water washing up point - Mirrors and power socket *Chemical toilet disposal point *Drinking water around the site (Please note that we want to maintain the peace and quiet of the countryside on our site, so before enquiring or booking make sure you have read and understood the conditions of use on our own website- see above)
