About this site

Tower Park Caravans & Camping is a family run touring and camping site at St Buryan in west Cornwall, sitting midway between Penzance and Land's End with seven level grass fields divided by trees and traditional Cornish hedges. The village of St Buryan, with its pub, shop and post office, is a short walk from the site, while Porthcurno beach and the Minack Theatre are about 3 miles away, Sennen Cove around 4 miles and Penzance about 5 miles. Grass pitches (with or without electric hook up) are at least 10 metres wide, and five hard standing super pitches add 16 amp electric, a water tap and grey water drainage for caravans and motorhomes. Static caravan hire has ended, so Tower Park suits campers and tourers bringing their own unit, and the 10pm quiet rule means it is not the spot for a late night. Facilities cover a central shower block, laundry, wetsuit wash, a TV and reading room with free WiFi, a children's play area and a dog exercise field, with food vans calling in high season. Up to three dogs stay for £2 each. Barbecues are welcome raised off the grass, and the site lends blocks. Open from 1 May to 4 October 2026 with pitches from £21 a night, it is a brilliant base for the far west of Cornwall.

Good to know

Are dogs allowed at Tower Park Caravans & Camping?
Yes, up to three dogs are welcome per pitch at £2 each, and they must be pre-booked. Dogs stay on a short lead around the site and out of the children's play area, and there is a dedicated dog exercise field where they can run off the lead.
Can I have a campfire or barbecue at Tower Park?
Barbecues are welcome as long as they are raised off the grass, and spare barbecues and blocks are usually available by the washing up area. Open campfires are not covered by the site rules, so bring a barbecue rather than a fire pit and ask the owners if unsure.
When is Tower Park open in 2026?
Tower Park is open from 1 May to 4 October 2026 and closed for the rest of the year. Pitches are vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, and a designated late arrivals field is available if you reach the site after reception has closed.
How much does a pitch cost at Tower Park?
Pitches cost from £21 a night for a non-electric grass pitch in low season, rising to £25 a night from 14 July to the end of August. Electric grass pitches are £26 to £31 a night and hard standing super pitches £30 to £35, booked through the site's online system.
Do the pitches have electric hook-ups?
Yes, electric hook-ups are available on the grass pitches, and five hard standing super pitches come with 16 amp electric, an individual water supply and grey water disposal. Non-electric grass pitches are also offered, and every grass pitch measures at least 10 metres wide.
How far is the nearest beach from Tower Park?
Porthcurno beach is about 3 miles from the site, with Sennen Cove around 4 miles away. Most beaches in this corner of Cornwall restrict dogs from April to October, and the South West Coast Path links Porthcurno, Land's End and Sennen for walkers.
