Why campers love it here
About this site
Tregedna Farm Holidays is a 12 acre touring caravan and camping park on a south facing field in the Maen Valley near Falmouth, half a mile from the sandy beach at Maenporth. The site sits on the quiet edge of Falmouth Bay in west Cornwall, with a walk down to Maenporth Beach, the South West Coast Path running along the shore, and Penmere station on the Falmouth branch line about 1.5 miles away; Trebah and Glendurgan gardens on the Helford River make easy day trips. Tents and touring caravans share the open field and you choose your own spot rather than taking a numbered pitch, which suits campers who want space around them; electric hook-ups are limited and need booking ahead for July and August, and the gentle slope means caravanners should pack levelling blocks. This is a family run site for families and couples: no stag or hen groups, no generators, no open fires, and quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. Campers consistently praise the free hot showers, the clean facilities and the friendly owners, and dogs stay for £1.50 a night with their own exercise field. Tregedna opens from 1 May to 1 October 2026, with camping from £13.50 per adult a night and children (aged 3 to 13) at £7.
