About this site

Trencreek Holiday Park is a family run touring park, campsite and self catering holiday park in the village of Trencreek, one mile from Newquay town centre in Cornwall, owned by the Hautot family for over 60 years. A bus stops at the park entrance, and the 20 minute walk into Newquay passes Trenance Gardens and Newquay Zoo, with the beaches at Tolcarne and Porth about a mile and a half away and Fistral's surf just beyond town. Campers choose from four pitch types: standard grass for tents, 16 amp electric hook up, electric with water and drainage, and fully serviced hardstandings for motorhomes and touring caravans, alongside two and three bedroom houses and bungalows sleeping up to six. Trencreek Holiday Park is a families and couples only site with no pets allowed, so groups and dog owners need to pitch elsewhere in Cornwall. The extras go well beyond the washblocks: an outdoor heated pool with a paddling pool, free coarse fishing ponds, a games room, a cafeteria and takeaway, a shop, and the licensed Trencreek Tavern with free live artists, discos and quizzes in peak season. The park opens from 24 April to 14 September in 2026, with camping from £7.50 per adult a night plus £2 per vehicle.
