About this site

Trevellas Manor Farm Campsite is a family-run touring and tent site on a working farm above Cornwall's north coast, kept by the Mitchell family since 1927 and one of the oldest campsites in Cornwall. The site sits halfway between St Agnes and Perranporth, with Trevellas Porth beach and its rock pools a 10 minute walk down the valley, St Agnes village 1.3 miles on foot along the coast path, and Perranporth's 3 miles of sand 2.4 miles by road. Grass and hardstanding pitches line the perimeter of one large mown field, over half with 16 amp hook ups and some with sea views, leaving the middle open for ball games and kite flying. It suits couples and families wanting space and quiet rather than big groups: stag and hen parties are refused and quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am. Reviewers repeatedly single out the spotless modern shower block, and there is a fenced off-lead dog field overlooking the sea plus a wetsuit wash for surfers back from Trevellas Porth. Dogs stay for £2 a night with up to three per pitch, fire pits and open fires are banned, and raised BBQs are welcome with bricks lent free at reception. Trevellas Manor Farm Campsite is open from 3 April to 28 September 2026, with pitches from £26 a night booked through the site's online booking system.

Yes, dogs are welcome at £2 per night, with up to three per pitch (more by arrangement in low season). Dogs must be kept on leads on site except in the fenced off-lead dog field overlooking the sea, and dog-friendly Trevellas Porth beach is a 10 minute walk away.
Can I have a campfire at Trevellas Manor Farm Campsite?
No, fire pits and open ground fires are not permitted anywhere on site. Barbecues are allowed as long as they are raised off the grass, and reception lends bricks for this and provides steel bins for cold ash and disposable BBQs.
When is Trevellas Manor Farm Campsite open in 2026?
The campsite is open from Friday 3 April to Monday 28 September 2026. High season runs from 17 July to 27 August, when minimum stays of 3 nights apply (4 nights on sea view pitches); low season minimums are 2 and 3 nights respectively.
How much does a pitch cost at Trevellas Manor Farm?
Pitches start from £26 a night in low season for a grass pitch without electric, rising to £50 a night for a sea view pitch with electric in high season 2026. The base rate covers 2 people, 1 car and 1 caravan, motorhome or tent, with extra adults £8 a night.
Do the pitches have electric hook-ups?
Yes, over half of the pitches have 16 amp electric hook ups, across both grass and hardstanding options. An electric grass or hardstanding pitch costs from £32 a night in low season, and a sea view pitch with electric costs from £42 a night.
