Upon arrival in South Shropshire, the Camp Site / Caravan Park is situated to the rear of The Powis Arms public house, at the entrance of the drive to the Hall. Our Camp Site has 12 pitches for touring caravans, each with electrical hook up and additional space for tents. Facilities include heated amenity block with showers, toilets, washing up area and chemical disposal point. The pub is very friendly and serves restaurant and bar meals. The Lydbury North village shop is a short walking distance. There are also food shops and a petrol station in nearby Bishops Castle. The Camp Site is run by The Powis Arms pub and pitches can be booked in advance by contacting us on 01588 680254 or using the booking tab on this listing Camping costs £5 per person per night and the cost of an electric hook-up is £10 per night. The tariff for touring caravans is £20 per pitch per night for two guests, including electric hook up and use of amenities. Additional guests are charged £5 per person per night, children under 5 are free and accompanied children between 5 and 16 years old are half price. Well-behaved dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead. They are also allowed into The Powis Arms pub, in all areas except for the main restaurant.
