This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. Pitches: 5 caravans 7 tents 3 cabins Opening Dates: Open All Year Wallace lane Farm is a camping and caravan site providing five fully serviced pitches for Caravans and Motor homes, each with hard standing and awning area. Each pitch has a 16amp electric hook up as well as its own water supply and a grey waste water disposal point. The Camping area has room for 7 tents, all of which have electric hook up and water. We welcome all campers large or small and also pets. new for 2013 Glamping has come to northern Cumbria with the addition of our three camping cabins each of which sleeps 4 or more on airbeds, fully equipped bigger and better than pods and warmer than yurts just bring your food and bedding everything else is provided including the wood burning stove. Our site is located on the North Cumbrian Fells and has spectacular views over the Solway Plain towards the Scotish Mountains with stunning sunsets. The site is on our 23 acre smallholding where we also have two holiday cottages, and also offer B+B accomodation in our farm house. The site is ideal for those with pets and we were recomended as one of the top six places for holidaying with your pet by the Daily Mail holiday magazine in April 2012, For 2012 we now have a new shower and toilet block with free showers, washing up facilities as well as hairdryers shaver points and mobile phone charger points, we have free WI FI available for our guests Laundry washing and drying facilities will also be available from May 2012 We also offer motor home service facilities with water, waste and cleaning facilities, we are a quiet site with fantastic views and are welcoming of families, pets and small groups. Caravan storage is also available for a limited number of vans. sorry we do not provide seasonal pitches but we can provide storage between visits.
