About this site

Warner Farm Touring Park is the camping and touring side of the holiday complex at Selsey in West Sussex, with the Solent coast and Selsey town centre both under a mile away. The wider resort has been trading for more than fifty years and is now part of the Cove Communities group, which runs the neighbouring holiday villages under the Seal Bay Resort name. You get a genuinely large choice of pitch: around 250 grass pitches and 47 on hardstanding, all with electric connections, plus a smaller number of fully serviced pitches with water and waste. Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all welcome at Warner Farm, and a dog walking field sits alongside the main camping area. Your pitch price covers more than the grass, since guests get free entry to the neighbouring Oasis Pool and Leisure Complex with its two indoor pools, slides and lazy river, plus the funfair, bars, restaurants and kids' clubs on the wider resort, reachable on the free Bunni Express bus. This suits families wanting a proper holiday park experience with plenty laid on rather than campers after peace and quiet, since the site sits inside a busy, entertainment-led resort. Prices start from £25 a night for a standard grass pitch, rising for hardstanding and serviced options.
