Why campers love it here
About this site
Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park & Spa is a lively seaside holiday-home park with its own spa, sitting on the hillside above Woolacombe beach in North Devon and offering self-catering stays rather than camping or touring. It is roughly a fifteen minute walk down to Woolacombe's three miles of golden sand and surf, with Mortehoe, Ilfracombe and the South West Coast Path close by and Exmoor a short drive east. Accommodation is caravans, lodges and apartments, several with hot tubs, so this is a park for people who want a comfortable, ready-made base with plenty going on, not tent campers or tourers, who are better served at the group's Twitchen House and Easewell Farm parks nearby. It is the flagship of the three Woolacombe Bay parks: indoor and outdoor heated pools with slides, a thermal spa and sea-view gym, kids' clubs and nightly entertainment all come as standard, and one booking gives access to activities across all three parks. Regulars come back for the buzzy, activity-packed atmosphere just above the beach. Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park & Spa is open from spring to early November, and holiday-home prices are quoted through the operator's booking system.
