About this site

Bay View Farm Caravan & Camping Park is a long-established family-run holiday park above Croyde Bay in North Devon, a five to ten minute walk from one of the finest surf beaches in the country. Billed as Croyde's oldest family-run campsite, it has grown well beyond a simple field, with tent pitches, serviced and standard pitches for caravans and motorhomes, glamping log pods, luxury shepherd's huts and the year-round Downs View Lodge. Many pitches and the elite log pods look out across the bay towards Lundy Island. Bay View Farm suits families first and foremost: there is a large children's play area at the top of the site with sea views, an on-site shop, and a fish and chip and pizza takeaway in high season. Facilities are free and well kept, with plenty of hot showers, family bathrooms and baby-changing. Dogs are allowed on tent, caravan and motorhome pitches in low and mid season only, one per pitch, and are not permitted in high summer or in the pods, huts and lodge, so check the dates before booking. The park has been named Devon Campsite of the Year two years running and holds an AA five-gold-star rating. Bay View Farm Caravan & Camping Park is walkable to Croyde village and beach; book early for peak weeks, as this one fills fast.
