Why campers love it here
About this site
Candy Farm is a naturist, clothing-optional campsite on a working farm at Finningley near Doncaster in South Yorkshire, run by naturist farmers since around 2000. It is a small, level and well-screened site, reached over a bridge across the River Torne, with a coarse fishing lake right next door. Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all taken, with a handful of electric hook-ups and hardstandings on the main field, plus a separate rally field of over 200 pitches used for larger naturist events. Clothing is optional rather than compulsory, and the atmosphere is relaxed and matter-of-fact, welcoming to first-time naturists as well as regulars, families, single-sex groups and student parties. This is a quiet, back-to-nature farm stay, not a resort, so anyone expecting bars and entertainment will want somewhere else. Campfires and barbecues are allowed, dogs are welcome, and warm days bring out a small pool and outdoor showers. Each May the farm hosts Nudestock, a week-long naturist camping event on the big rally field. Candy Farm is open all year and sits close to Finningley village, so book direct with the farm and pack for a genuinely unplugged few days near Doncaster.
