About this site

Coombe View Farm is a traditional, no-frills camp and caravan site above Branscombe, near Seaton in East Devon. It sits about a mile from the unspoilt coastal village of Branscombe and the Jurassic Coast, with large open fields that take touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents of all sizes, plus a few static caravans for hire. Facilities are deliberately basic: a shower and toilet block, 6-amp electric hook-ups, an outdoor washing-up area, a communal fridge-freezer and free WiFi in parts of the site. Pitch prices start from £14 a night for a small tent arriving on foot or by bike. The site suits campers who want space, sea and country views and a genuinely quiet field rather than a resort with a pool or entertainment. Fire pits are allowed under the site's policy, and dogs are welcome for a small charge. Branscombe's pebble beach, the South West Coast Path and the wider East Devon coast around Seaton and Sidmouth are all close by. Coombe View Farm opens from March to November and is a straightforward, well-priced base for exploring Branscombe and East Devon.
