About this site

Crablake Farm Certificated Location is a small, members only Caravan and Motorhome Club site on a working farm at Exminster, near Exeter in South Devon. Set in an old orchard, it offers just five level grass touring pitches, all with 16 amp electric hook up and WiFi, and open views across the surrounding farmland. This is a Certificated Location, so it is open to Club members only and takes caravans, campervans and single axle caravans rather than tents. Crablake Farm suits touring caravanners and motorhome owners who want a quiet, spacious rural base close to a city, and it will not suit tent campers or anyone after a large park with pools and entertainment. The setting on a genuine working farm, with plenty of room between pitches, is the real draw. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must stay on the lead around the site. The location is handy: Exeter city centre is about six miles away, Junction 30 of the M5 is close, and the RSPB reserve on the Exe Estuary marshes is within cycling distance, with the Turf pub at the end of the Exeter Canal. Open all year, Crablake Farm is booked through the Caravan and Motorhome Club.
