About this site

Crosslands sits in a single field on the edge of Dartmoor, just off the A30 and about a mile and a half from Okehampton in Devon. This Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location holds five pitches on a roughly one-acre plot, taking caravans, motorhomes and small campervans, so touring tents are not catered for here. Pitches are hardstanding and grass, some on a gentle slope, with 16-amp electric hookups, a drive-over motorhome waste point, recycling and an information room. Because it is a Club CL, you need to be a Caravan and Motorhome Club member to stay, and adults, children and dogs are all welcome. The real draw is the setting and the walking: open Dartmoor views, the granite cycle trail nearby and Castle Drogo within reach, plus Okehampton's supermarkets, shops and pubs a short drive away in this corner of Devon. It also makes a handy overnight stop for anyone pushing on towards Cornwall. Crosslands opens from late March to the end of October. Pitch fees and availability are handled through the Caravan and Motorhome Club, so sort your dates and booking with them.
