Why campers love it here
About this site
Cuckoo Camp is a rustic camping site at Church Farm in Climping, on the West Sussex coast between Littlehampton and Bognor Regis. The fields sit among working farmland alongside the tidal River Arun, with Climping Beach and West Beach an easy walk away and Littlehampton itself about 30 minutes on foot, or a few minutes by car. There are 36 grass pitches, four with electric hook-up, plus woodland and wild camping spots for those who want to pitch away from the crowd, and space for group bookings of 20 or more. Every pitch has its own water tap, and a private serviced pitch loo is available to hire, which suits campers who would rather not queue for a shared block. Cuckoo Camp is a spot for tents and touring units after a working farm setting rather than a manicured holiday park, and it suits families and groups more than campers chasing glamping extras. Friendly dogs are welcome on a lead. The site opens from March to the end of September, with check-in from 2pm and check-out by 11am, so plan your last morning around that. Book direct through the campsite's own website.
