Eype House Caravan & Camping Park

Eype House Camping is a small clifftop tent and campervan site above Eype, a quiet coastal village near Bridport in West Dorset, with sea views over Lyme Bay and the Jurassic Coast. The site is now run by West Dorset Leisure Holidays, and it sits beside the South West Coast Path, with the dog friendly Eype Beach a 5 to 10 minute walk downhill and the fishing village of West Bay 10 to 15 minutes further on. Bridport, its markets and Colmer's Hill are close by. Pitches measure 6m by 6m and include a car space, taking tents, campervans and small motorhomes, some with electric hook-up. Touring caravans are not taken here, and larger units are better suited to the group's sister park at Highlands End, so Eype House suits campers after simple pitches and coastal walking rather than full holiday-park facilities. Dogs are welcome, up to two per booking. What stands out is the position: waves below, the coast path at the gate, and dark skies for stargazing, plus access to the pool, bar and soft play at Highlands End a short walk away. The camping season runs spring to autumn, with a two night minimum in low and mid season and three nights in high season, and pitches are booked through the West Dorset Leisure Holidays booking system.
