About this site

Fell View Park is a 50 pitch touring site for caravans, motorhomes and tents on a family run hill farm above Scorton, on the western edge of the Forest of Bowland, with a small fishing lake of its own next door. The site lies between Harrisend Fell and Nicky Nook with a long view out over Morecambe Bay, two miles from Scorton and its cafes, gift shops and garden centres. Junction 33 of the M6 is a couple of miles away, Garstang about four miles and Lancaster roughly eight. Across four acres there are 22 hardstandings and 28 grass pitches, and every one of them can take electric hook up. The heated block has toilets and showers including accessible ones, a coin operated laundry, and a kitchen for tent campers with a fridge and freezer. Fell View Park works on advance bookings only and does not offer seasonal pitches, so anyone hoping to turn up on spec, or to leave a van parked all summer, needs a different site near Scorton. The pricing is refreshingly simple: a pitch covers two adults, all under 16s, dogs and one vehicle, with no per head extras until you add a third adult. Stay Sunday to Friday outside bank holidays and you get five nights for the price of four. The season runs 20 February to 8 November 2026 and pitches start from £20 a night.

Good to know

Are dogs allowed at Fell View Park?
Yes, and unusually the pitch price includes them at no extra charge, along with two adults, all under 16s and one vehicle. The site sits on a family run hill farm between Harrisend and Nicky Nook fells on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, so there is walking straight from the site.
When is Fell View Park open?
The 2026 season runs from Friday 20 February to Sunday 8 November, so the site closes over the deep winter. Bookings are taken in advance only. There is a two night minimum at weekends and three nights on bank holiday weekends, though single nights may be accepted at short notice if there is space.
How much does it cost to stay at Fell View Park?
Pitches start from £20 a night for a one man tent, £25 for a tent pitch without electric, and £30 with electric hook up and awning included. Each pitch covers two adults, children under 16, dogs and one vehicle. Extra adults are £6 a night and extra vehicles £5 a night.
Do the pitches have electric hook up?
Yes, all pitches at Fell View Park can have electric hook up if you want it. The site covers roughly four acres with 22 hardstandings and 28 grass pitches. There is a modern heated facilities block with ladies, gents and disabled toilets and showers, plus a coin operated laundry with a washer and tumble drier.
Does Fell View Park take tents?
Yes, caravans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome. Tent campers get a dedicated kitchen area in the facilities block with a fridge and freezer, which also houses local information. A one man tent pitch is £20 a night and a standard non electric tent pitch £25, with grass pitches available across the site.
Does Fell View Park offer seasonal pitches?
No, seasonal pitches are not available and the owners state this plainly. The site takes advance bookings only, so it does not suit anyone hoping to turn up on spec or leave a caravan parked for the summer. Book by email at fellviewpark@outlook.com or call 07981204943 to check availability.
