Pitches: 40 Opening Dates: 01/04 To 07/10 Tucked away amongst the rolling Somerset hills and a stones throw from the fabulous small market town of Frome our secluded meadow campground is surrounded by lush peaceful countryside and picturesque villages, offering the perfect destination for an enjoyable family holiday or relaxing romantic break. We offer a selection of striking Glamping options with unique spaces and a great attention to detail as well as lovely grass pitches for Camping and Campervans. Our glamping options include 6 lavish Kula Tents for families and couples; our Glam-Plane; a 20ft family yurt; a shepherds wagon and a historic Russian army truck. All are kitted out with comfortable beds and other furnishings. Were closer to nature than the more formal camping grounds though we also offer significantly more than your average farmers field. We aim to maintain a balance between peace and a buzzing campsite life, providing you with a close to nature experience that is relaxing, revitalising and above all lots of fun. This is the kind of place where youre welcome to light a fire (in a fire dish); have a BBQ; play your (acoustic) guitar or whatever else takes your fancy. Our campsite is positioned perfectly between the historic market town Frome and the picturesque village of Nunney. Its a great launchpad to enjoy the attractions and events both have to offer as well as the surrounding area of this beautiful corner of Somerset. There are many nationally and regionally renowned attractions in the area, from the Stourhead Estate to Longleat Safari Park; Wookey Hole Caves; Cheddar Gorge; Glastonbury Tor; Bath with it's Spa, Abbey and Museums; East Somerset Railway and much much more.
