Why campers love it here
About this site
Greengrass Park Caravan Park is a family holiday park set in 35 acres of quiet East Yorkshire countryside around a 15-acre fishing lake, a few miles inland from the Holderness coast. You will find it on Hempholme Lane near Brandesburton, with the villages of Brandesburton and Leven about 3 miles away for pubs, shops and an award-winning chip shop. The park mixes static holiday homes with touring and camping pitches, so it suits caravanners, motorhome owners and tent campers who want space, hardstanding and electric hook-ups rather than a wild, off-grid spot. Charlie's Bar and Gilliano's Restaurant sit on site, along with a convenience shop, a children's outdoor play park, a games room and the private lake, where pike, catfish and other coarse fish draw anglers year round. This is a 12-month park, open 52 weeks a year, which makes it handy for winter breaks as well as summer holidays. Hornsea and Bridlington beaches are an easy drive for family days out, Beverley with its minster and racecourse is about 10 miles west, and Hull, York and the North York Moors are all within reach. Fishing on the lake is arranged at reception, and touring or camping pitches at Greengrass Park are best booked ahead in the busy season.
