About this site

The Ship Inn is a traditional clifftop pub at Sewerby that welcomes motorhomes for overnight and short stays on the East Yorkshire coast. You will find it on Cliff Road, right next to Sewerby Hall and Gardens and a short walk from the edge of Bridlington, with the pub's beer garden running towards the cliff tops above Bridlington Bay. This is a pub with pitches rather than a full campsite: it takes motorhomes only, with around five spaces, so there is no room here for tents or touring caravans. Sea views over Flamborough Head come as standard, and dogs are welcome in the bar and garden. What sets a stay apart is the pub itself, known locally for award winning cask ales, a Sunday carvery and the Beer and Music Festivals held over the Easter and August bank holidays. Sewerby Hall's parkland, the Bridlington to Flamborough clifftop walks and the town's beaches and harbour are all within easy reach. The Ship Inn stays open all year, and your motorhome booking includes a voucher to spend on food and drink inside. Pitches are booked and paid for through the pub's own online system, so you can reserve a table for the carvery at the same time.
