Hallsdown Farm Touring Park

Hallsdown Farm Touring Park is an adults-only touring park on a working farm at Arlington, a few miles inland from Barnstaple in North Devon. The setting is rural and quiet, with Exmoor National Park and the North Devon coast both within easy reach for beach days and stretches of the South West Coast Path. Hallsdown Farm keeps things small, with around thirty pitches for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tents and folding caravans. Tents and dogs are not accepted, and the site is for adults only, so it will not suit families with children or anyone bringing the dog. Pitches come as fully serviced hardstandings with tap, grey water drain and a 16 amp electric hook-up, or as grass pitches with their own tap and hook-up. If you want to push the boat out, premium pitches add a private ensuite toilet and shower right at your pitch, which is a genuinely useful touch for a touring site this size. All electric is metered. The park sits in North Devon's quieter countryside rather than beside the sea, so plan on short drives to the coast. Hallsdown Farm Touring Park opens from mid-March to the end of October; book ahead for the ensuite pitches as there are only a handful.
