About this site

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a large, five-star family holiday park set on the cliffs at Otterton, near Budleigh Salterton on the East Devon Jurassic Coast, with its own private beach below the site. It is a full-scale resort park where camping and touring pitches sit alongside safari tents, Otter glamping pods, holiday homes, seaview apartments and luxury lodges with hot tubs, so most styles of stay are covered close to the sea. The touring and camping pitches are laid out on level hillside tiers with 16-amp electric hook-up and some of the best sea views on the park, and the private pebble beach is a short walk away for rockpooling, kayaking and paddleboarding. On park there is a heated indoor pool with a splash area and slides, an outdoor splash zone, soft play, adventure playgrounds, Jurassic-themed adventure golf, the Pebbles restaurant, a beach shack and nightly entertainment including tribute acts. All of that makes it a busy, activity-packed choice for families, and campers who want a small, quiet field should look elsewhere. Dogs are welcome, up to three per booking, though some beach and venue restrictions apply. The park runs across the main spring-to-autumn season, and pitches, pods and homes are quoted and booked through Ladram Bay's own booking system.

Good to know

Does Ladram Bay have a private beach?
Yes, Ladram Bay has its own private pebble beach directly below the park, reached by a short walk. It is used for rockpooling, kayaking and paddleboarding, and there is a beach shack on the sand selling food and drinks and hiring out boards during the season.
Can you camp and tour at Ladram Bay, or is it holiday homes only?
Yes, Ladram Bay takes tents and touring caravans on level hillside pitches with electric hook-up and sea views, alongside its glamping, apartments, holiday homes and lodges. It is a large resort park, so touring sits within a busy, facility-packed site rather than a quiet field.
Is Ladram Bay dog friendly?
Yes, Ladram Bay welcomes dogs, with up to three allowed per booking, and there are dog-friendly accommodation options and coastal walks straight from the park. Some indoor venues and areas of the private beach have restrictions, so it is worth checking the rules before you arrive.
What facilities are there at Ladram Bay?
The park has a heated indoor pool with a splash area and slides, an outdoor splash zone, soft play, adventure playgrounds, Jurassic-themed adventure golf, the Pebbles restaurant, a takeaway and a beach shack, plus an arcade, bar and nightly entertainment with tribute acts through the main season.
Where is Ladram Bay and how do I get a price?
Ladram Bay sits at Otterton, near Budleigh Salterton on the East Devon coast, on the Jurassic Coast. Prices vary by accommodation type, dates and party size, and are quoted through the park's own online booking system, where seasonal offers such as percentage discounts are also listed.
