Mandalay Certificated Location

Mandalay is a neat, lawned five-van certificated location on a farm at Fenwick, in the flat country north of Doncaster in South Yorkshire. Open to Caravan and Motorhome Club members, it takes caravans and motorhomes on grass with 10-amp hook-ups, and keeps things deliberately calm and low-key. The villages of Askern and Moss are close, and Askern Lake, a few miles away, makes a gentle stroll, while Doncaster, about seven miles south, has the shops, the racecourse and mainline trains. The A19 and A1 are handy, and the North Yorkshire boundary lies just to the north, so the Selby and Vale of York countryside is within easy reach for a day out. Tents are not taken, and there is no shop or entertainment, so it suits members after a restful overnight or a quiet touring base. Dogs are welcome.
