About this site

Manor Farm Caravan Site is a family-run site on a working farm above Seaton, in the East Devon countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sits a mile from Seaton beach and the town centre, with views across the Axe Valley and Lyme Bay, and Beer roughly a mile away for fresh seafood on the shingle. The site runs 13 terraced hardstanding touring pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, each with electric hook-up and grass for an awning, alongside more than 200 seasonal pitches, so touring space is limited and worth booking ahead. Two toilet blocks provide showers, laundry and chemical disposal, and there is a disabled toilet near the touring pitches. Families get the most from Manor Farm: an enclosed playground covers all ages, a Pets Corner has sheep, goats, pigs, ponies and donkeys, and free-range eggs and farm lamb sell in the on-site shop. Dogs are welcome and there is a dog-exercise field with valley walks from the gate. This is a quiet, animal-filled farm stay rather than a resort with pools or a clubhouse, so anyone after a lively crowd should look elsewhere. The site opens from mid-March to mid-November near Seaton in South Devon, the office is open seven days a week, and shop hours are posted on site.
