Why campers love it here
About this site
Moor Lodge Caravan Park is a small, adults-only touring park in the village of Bardsey, set across roughly 10 acres of open grounds between Leeds and Harrogate in West Yorkshire. The park has been family run since 1960 and takes touring caravans and motorhomes only, so there is no tent camping here. It sits about 7 miles north of Leeds city centre, just off the A58, with Wetherby, Harewood House and the market town of Otley all within easy reach, and Leeds Bradford Airport around 15 minutes away by car. The layout stays spacious, with a central grassed area holding a modest number of touring pitches, all with electric hook-up and some with their own water and drainage. This is a quiet spot aimed squarely at couples, so families with children and large group bookings are not the fit here. What stands out is the calm, well-kept feel and a heated shower and toilet block that has won a Loo of the Year award, backed by a laundry with a tumble dryer. Dogs are welcome. Moor Lodge works well as a peaceful touring base for Leeds, Harrogate and the wider Wharfedale area. Booking and current tariffs are handled directly through the park by phone or email enquiry.
