About this site

Peak Glamping Hideaway is a small, boutique glamping site at New Colshaw Farm near Quarnford, high in the Peak District National Park above Buxton. Rather than tent pitches, you book a fully furnished space: the Sunrise Yurt, the Sheep Dreams shepherd's hut or the Dreamcatcher bell tent, with a self catering holiday cottage also on the farm. This is glamping set up for comfort, with proper beds and boutique shared facilities, so it suits couples after a romantic break and small groups who want the outdoors without the faff of pitching. The setting is genuinely remote and quiet, surrounded by rolling moorland with a river running close by, and campfires are allowed for evenings outside. Please note the site does not accept dogs. You are close to some of the wildest corners of the Peak District, with Three Shires Head, the village of Flash and the gritstone edges of the Roaches all nearby, while Buxton with its opera house and Pavilion Gardens is a short drive. Peak Glamping Hideaway is open all year, and each space is booked directly through the owners.
