About this site

Pitches: 9 Opening Dates: Open All Year We are a fishery based in Dolton, near WInkleigh in South West Devon. A stunning site which is set in 67 acres including 36 acres of lakes . We are a family run business .We have 9 electric hook up pitches with water and waste facilities suitable for motor home/ tourers, all sizes welcome .The pitches all have a lake view . We have a new shower /toilet building which is located where the pitches are situated in which we have ladies toilet/showers and also mens toilet/showers. Stafford Moor is a special tranquil/ peaceful place where you can enjoy the stunning wildlife (a camera is a must to capture a photo of the Robins & Kingfisher birds )We have a fully stocked tackle shop, we also sell bread, milk, snacks, drinks, ice creams and much more we also have tea & coffee station in the shop. Also free wifi in and outside the shop, even when the shop is closed there is still wifi outside the shop area. We are open 365 days of the year. Children are welcome and well behaved dogs (we do not charge for dogs to stay on our caravan site) we allow a max of 2 dogs per pitch. Our tariff is £22 for 2 people per ehu pitch per night inc electric. We do not charge for awnings. For extra people staying there is a £5 charge per person per night. Fishing tickets can be purchased from the tackle shop priced at £10 from dawn to dusk on the pleasure lakes which includes fishing on Willow, Oak, Tanners , Woodpecker and Pines lakes or £15 from dawn to dusk on the specimen lakes which are Beattie's lake carp to 33lb or lodge lake carp go to 32lb or £25 per person for 24 hours . pre booking is essential on the specimen lakes only. There are a few pubs nearby two of them have a courtesy mini bus who will pick you up and drop you back when you like ! Most of our visitors are regulars here as many of them say once you have been here once you want to return again and again to escape busy life.
