It is in the lee of the Isle of Wight, which provides a mild, dry local microclimate with one of the highest average sunshine hours on the UK mainland. Near the campsite are some of the best sandy beaches on the South Coast. Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering with their villages, cafes, restaurants & beaches are within walking distance from the campsite.
