Twitchen Farm Certificated Location

Twitchen Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location on a working family farm at West Down, between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe in north Devon. Five pitches are available to Club members only, so this is a caravan and motorhome site rather than one for tents, and membership is needed to book. Each pitch has an electric hookup and drinking water, three are hardstanding on a first come basis, and there is a bathroom with a coin operated shower and WC for guests. Friendly dogs are welcome on leads, though on site walking is limited by livestock. Woolacombe Bay, a lifeguarded surf beach around three miles away, is the headline attraction, with Croyde, Braunton, Ilfracombe and the wider Exmoor coast all within reach. A bus stop at the end of the drive helps if you would rather leave the car behind. Twitchen Farm suits Club members wanting a tidy, down to earth farm base in north Devon close to the beaches.
