About this site

Set on a working farm at Farringdon just east of Exeter, Upham Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location with room for five caravans or motorhomes and coarse fishing on the doorstep. The pitches are levelled hardstanding and fully serviced, each with its own water and waste connection plus an electric hook-up, which makes setting up straightforward whatever the weather. It is a members-only site with no tents, and its position pays off for touring: leave the M5 at Junction 30, join the A3052 then the B3184 and you are there within half a mile. Anglers get fishing on the farm itself, while the wider area of Devon offers a golf course, watersports, a pub and a shop all inside five miles, with a village barely a mile away. Exeter's shops, quay and cathedral are a short drive, and the East Devon coast around Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton is within reach. Upham Farm stays open all year, so it works as a winter stopover near Exeter as well as a summer base. Members book through the Club.
