About this site

Venn Farm Certificated Location is a small adults only caravan and motorhome site set in a quiet river valley on the Devon and Cornwall border, near Virginstow and Beaworthy in North Devon. This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, so it takes just five units and is open to Club members only, with no tents accepted. The five level hardstanding pitches each come with their own electric hook-up, drinking water, grey water disposal and free WiFi, and the site runs on power from its own solar panels. It sits away from roads down a leafy farm track, about a ten minute drive from the A30, which makes it an easy stop for touring the far west. Because it is adults only and members only, it will not suit families or anyone after a lively park with bars and pools. What stands out is the setting, a genuinely peaceful spot where guests can walk the farm's own woodland paths and spot the work of a resident wild beaver colony, with a free heated dog wash for muddy paws. The site opens from 1 March to 31 October and pitches are booked through the Caravan and Motorhome Club. Named CL of the Year in 2021 and 2025, Venn Farm is a proper retreat for quiet touring.
