Waleswood Caravan and Camping Park is a 163-pitch touring park right beside Rother Valley Country Park at Wales Bar, between Sheffield and Rotherham in South Yorkshire. Every pitch has an electric hook-up, and the park takes tents, caravans and motorhomes across hardstanding, super and grass pitches, though there is no glamping despite what some listings suggest. It is well set up for families and touring couples, with a licensed coffee shop looking out over the country park, an on-site shop, laundry, Wi-Fi, a play area and outdoor table tennis and table football. Accessibility is a real strength, including a family wet room with an adult-sized rise-and-fall changing bed, which is rare on a touring site.
