About this site

Barley Meadow Touring Park is an adults only touring and camping park at Crockernwell, set within Dartmoor National Park in Devon. It lies just off the A30 between Exeter and Okehampton, handy for the moorland walks around Fingle Bridge and the wider national park, with roughly 52 pitches spread across the site. Grass pitches for tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes start from £21 a night, hardstandings from £22 and fully serviced pitches from £30, and there are cheaper options too, from a £14 backpacker pitch for a small tent with no car to an £18 aires style motorhome stopover. As an adults only park it does not take children, and there are size limits, with units capped at eight metres and no American RVs or large commercial motorhomes. Dogs are welcome, up to three per pitch, which makes it a solid base for quiet couples, solo travellers and dog owners exploring Dartmoor. Barley Meadow Touring Park opens from early March to early November, and pitches can be booked online.
