Broadleigh Farm Park

Broadleigh Farm Park is a nine-acre grass touring and camping site at Stoke Gabriel, set roughly halfway between Paignton and Totnes in South Devon. Pitches are spread across two large hedge-lined fields for caravans, motorhomes and tents, with a choice of basic pitches or standard pitches including electric hook-up, and a central service block with free hot showers. Prices start from £22 a night for a pitch with up to two adults. The site suits families and couples who want a peaceful, spacious field with proper country views rather than a busy park with a pool, clubhouse or on-site entertainment. Stoke Gabriel village, on the banks of the River Dart, has a shop, pubs and a Post Office a short distance away, while the beaches around Paignton, Brixham and Torbay and the open spaces of Dartmoor are all within about half an hour. A large fenced field lets dogs off the lead. Be aware the final approach is along a narrow Devon lane, which is worth knowing if you are towing. Broadleigh Farm Park is a well-kept, friendly base for exploring South Devon.
