If you're looking for a campsite near Alton Towers we're ideally located just 20 mins drive away. The popular towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Buxton are within easy reach. There is direct access to the Tissington Trail cycle path from the site. Our location is the ideal base for a camping or caravan holiday in the Derbyshire & Staffordshire Peak District National Park. The focal point of the park is the Callow Inn serving pub food and real ale from our very own on-site brewery. Taste our real ales, brewed on site at the Haywood ÔBad Ram' Brewery! We have many facilities for families including heated swimming pool(May-Sep), play area, games field, amusement arcade, cycle hire & on site coarse fishing. Callow Top has been voted Regional Winner in the Top 100 Sites 2016 and a Practical Caravan Top 100 Park for the last 13 years. We are also previous winners of the East Midlands Holiday Park of the Year in the Enjoy England Excellence Awards held by the tourist board. We're the perfect campsite or caravan site for your annual family holiday or a weekend break. Holiday cottages & an apartment are also available to rent. PLEASE NOTE: We don't have hook-up facilities for tents at Callow Top as all our electric pitches are hardstanding.
