This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. This is a club member only site - you can usually join on site Pitches: 10 Opening Dates: Open All Year Crabbs Bluntshay is a small working farm with beef animals, suckler cows, sheep and geese, and three small orchards. We have a cabin with 3 toilets, 2 showers, 2 hand basins and a kitchen area for washing up. Mains water is available from a tap on the campsite The camping site is flat with most of the area sheltered. We have toilet disposal facilities in the field There are 8 electrical hookups. 5 for hard topped units, and 3 for soft topped units There is a walk available around the farm showing natural and historical features which can be done either with the aid of a map, or a guided tour can be given when convenient. The River Char runs through the farm. There are other walks in the vicinity Honey, cider and preserves are available to buy at the farm The farm is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Marshwood Vale There are two local public houses nearby. The Shave Cross Inn, only a short walk from the farm, is 13th century and serves both traditional English and Caribbean food. It has an attractive garden and original features inside the pub. The Five Bells Inn in the opposite direction has a good selection of food.
